Hybrid routing protocol for quantum network based on classical and quantum routing metrics

A quantum repeater is the heart of a internet that enables end-to-end communication over long distances using entanglement feature. Although this characteristic gives networks tremendous power in terms speed and security, it puts networks, especially internet, front challenges, like transforming short-distance link into long-distance link, addition to routing for finding best path within network. So, research aims propose hybrid protocol (HQRP) based on metrics classical hops count, as well network represented by possibility between end nodes As result, mathematical model was built determine optimal among many paths network, implemented our simulator. Finally, we concluded proposed algorithm highest probability lowest number hop count.
